Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a very large number of customers are trying to cancel or modify their bookings and many more are requesting refunds and vouchers. This means the waiting time with the airlines is extremely long. Also, the airlines continually evaluate and modify their policies and many have increased the number of steps required to process a rebooking, cancellation or refund.

For the 30 EUR fee (per reservation) we undertake all communication with the airline with the aim to provide you with the best possible solution for your booking. This applies to all ticket changes and cancellations. For instance, if you have a voucher and want to use it to rebook to a new ticket, or if you just want to rebook, or if you want to cancel and request a refund.
